Delivery time.

Orders placed with same day delivery within the UAE must be placed by 12 pm in order to receive them the same day. 

Orders placed with next-day delivery within the UAE must be placed by 2pm in order to receive them the next day. If you place your order after 2pm your order will be delivered within 48 hours, with the exception of public holidays and Sundays.

 To avoid any  delays, please make sure you provide your full detailed address and telephone number

Unfortunately, we are not offering delivery outside the UAE at the moment.

Delivery process 

Purchased items will be delivered by a third-party courier at the address provided by the customer on our website during the Shipping step. 

A maximum of 2 (two) delivery attempts will be performed by the courier. After 2 (two) failed delivery attempts, an additional charge of 20 AED will be applicable at each new delivery attempt. 

Below are the common reasons for undelivered shipments: 
client not answering, client not available, mobile switched off, phone/mobile not in service, wrong phone/mobile number, client refused upon calling or delivery, wrong customer information, wrong address.
